GoldMinds Management & Consulting agency is a company designed for the artist by the artist. As cliche as that sounds, GMM was established on the foundation of helping fellow musicians navigate through the crafty dealings of the music industry. Founded by Dean Earls a music industry veteran who has been in the business since the age of 15 starting out as a recording and mix engineer. After moving to Hollywood from Ireland at just 19 Dean worked in some of LA’s most distinguished recording studios with artists such as Snoop Dogg, Justin Bieber, Bone Thugz n Harmony, Tamar Braxton, Austin Mahone, and many others.

Always having a passion for finding and developing new talent Dean automatically found himself unofficially managing his friends and collaborators entertainment careers as they would seek out advice based on his experience. And that’s when GoldsMinds Management was born.

Since then we have facilitated many recording deals, publishing deals, song placements, live shows and tours for our clients. Priding ourselves on the many great relationships we have made within the industry throughout the years with record labels, talent agencies, marketing agencies, studios and publishing companies we strive to take that further through serving our clients and steering them in the right direction.

Our goal is to help artists navigate the industry and find their path strategically rather than through years of trial and error. We offer management, consulting and PR services for recording artists, songwriters, producers, and recording & mix engineers.

Connecting the dots is what we do and putting people in the right room at the right time is something we excel in. GMM has been responsible for hatching many great partnerships.
